Unified Commerce 2016

Retailers top priority for 2016 is to better integrate the world of online shopping and in store shopping.

It has been suggested that retailers need to implement new basic foundation systems which would enable more advanced technologies to be implemented alongside them.

Retailers will be spending this years budget on unified commerce, ‘which brings an entire retail enterprise from the store to website together under a single technology system’. It is believed that better connecting these systems will improve customer experience.
