MEET THE TEAM
Anna
Anna joined Global Intec in 2017 as a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant, having previously studied Psychology at Reading University. Anna felt that she could best utilise her skills in a recruitment role. Her kind and approachable nature soon made her a hit with our candidates and she embodies Global Intec’s ethical recruitment approach perfectly.
Anna was quickly promoted to Associate Consultant in 2018 due to an exceptional start in her recruitment career and is an invaluable team member within our London office. Anna visited the Middle East to meet with some of her candidates who have successfully relocated and experienced for herself first-hand the local culture.
We look forward to seeing her development continue as she moves into the challenge of adding Business Development and Account Management to her skillset whilst continuing to make placements in a variety of industry roles across the global.
In her spare time, Anna continues to enjoy her love for dance, particularly tap! She also has a passion for travel and loves exploring new places and cultures with friends and family.
RACHEL
Rachel joined the Global Intec Recruitment team in 2017 as a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant after graduating from the University of Coventry with a First-Class degree in Sociology and Criminal. Rachel’s detailed approach to recruitment means that when she sends her clients a profile, they know that it is a great candidate. The positive feedback received from those interacting with Rachel, both candidate and client, reflects her trustworthy and friendly nature.
Rachel has progressed to an Associate Consultant role and is continuing to make great strides in her career. In October 2018, Rachel visited the Middle East, both Kuwait and Qatar, to experience the local cultural and meet with some of our most valued clients. Rachel’s experience and knowledge means she provides great support to her more junior team members and plays an active role in our London office.
Rachel’s journey is now seeing her progress to adding Business Development and Account Management into her daily duties.
Rachel enjoys reading, from Harry Potter to crime thrillers. She also loves traveling and and exploring the UK, particularly her home in the Forest of Dean, as well as Europe. She’s passionate about food, always looking to try new cuisines
RYAN
As a new addition to our team in 2018 as a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant, Ryan has made an excellent start to his new career. Prior to joining us, he worked as part time Assistant Manager for a large events-based merchandiser in London whilst completing his studies at Reading University.
Ryan is an excellent person to have in our office, you can always rely on him to put a smile on everyone’s face. His personality shines through in his engagement with candidates, enabling him to develop trusted relationships. Ryan is persistent in striving to help our clients find their ideal candidates, whilst being conscious of the opportunity being right for the candidate.
We are confident that Ryan will be transitioning to the next level soon and look forward to celebrating his continued success!
Outside of work, Ryan has a passion for football, playing both 5 a side and watching his beloved QPR. He also enjoys gaming and travelling with friends as well as experiencing new cultures.
ALEXANDRA
Alexandra joined our team in 2018 after graduating from Greenwich University with a degree in Business Management. She previously worked as an Assistant Manager at a catering company. Her excellent customer service skills and keen eye for detail have proved to be great foundations for her role as a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Alexandra’s strength is her passion for matching the client’s requirements with the best available candidate, never settling for second best.
As Global Intec is an international recruitment agency, Alexandra’s multilingual skills, speaking fluent Romanian whilst also having conversational German is a great asset.
Alexandra’s determined nature will undoubtedly lead the way to a successful career in recruitment.
Alexandra has always had an interest in Astronomy, she spends most of her summer nights exploring the night sky and her winter nights researching the latest astronomical discoveries. Movies are a big passion of hers, some of her favourites being classics from the Golden Age, like Gone With The Wind or A Streetcar Named Desire.
CLAUDIA
After growing up in Dubai, Claudia relocated to the UK to start her Politics and International Relations Degree at Reading university in 2015. Since joining Global Intec as a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant in 2018, Claudia has taken her new role in her stride and was the first of our 2018 graduate intake to make a placement!
Candidates enjoy working with Claudia due to her engaging and honest nature. Her ability to develop genuine relationships within a short space of time with her candidates is admirable. Having lived in the Middle East for 18 yeas, her first-hand experiences and knowledge is greatly appreciated by her candidates when discussing relocation opportunities.
Claudia’s journey towards Associate Consultant level has only taken her 6 months and we are delighted to have her at Global Intec.
In her free time Claudia enjoys keeping active by going to the gym and participating in sport, for fun and in competitions. She also enjoys travelling abroad, exploring new places and photographing her experiences
BRYAN
Global Intec’s Financial Controller Bryan has been working with the business since 2010, he has a mind for numbers and approaches his role with 100% commitment.
Bryan always provides our contractors with a first-class service when it comes to processing invoices and payments, ensuring Global Intec continues to be recognised for excellent customer service. He also works closely with our supplier’s finance teams to ensure we continue to be a partner of choice with a smooth and friendly service.
Bryan’s other responsibilities include management accounts, payroll, business intelligence and budgeting and forecasting.
Global Intec looks forward to continuing to work closely with Bryan and BM Accounting for many more years.
JOHN
John joined Global Intec as a Recruitment Consultant back in 2004 and has progressed through a variety of roles over the years. In 2011, John became a joint business owner and now leads the company’s recruitment activity in the UK and Europe. Clients and candidates both appreciate John’s breadth of knowledge within the Retail IT industry, particularly in his specialism of Oracle Retail.
Most of John’s candidates have worked with him for many years and have successfully secured a number of career boosting opportunities through his retail connections. Equally John’s strength is shown in his ability to build long term client relationships, with many choosing to come to him for their recruitment requirements due to his personable approach.
Since 2017, John has been managing our new London based recruitment team, sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience, to build the new generation of Global Intec recruiters.
On the odd occasion John isn’t working, he enjoys the countryside of Suffolk with his dog Jessie. He is a keen chef and is passionate about cooking with locally sourced ingredients, whilst enjoying the occasional glass of fine wine.
ELIZABETH
Elizabeth joined the Global Intec team back in 2015 as a Senior Operations Administrator after studying for her degree in Politics with Business Management degree at Queen Mary University of London. Initially Elizabeth’s role was focusing on completing day to day operational activities required by the business whilst providing PA support to the company Directors.
Her duties have grown significantly over the last 3 years and she has now progressed into an Operations Manager role. Elizabeth plays a vital role in training, supporting and being the HR contact for our new London based recruitment team. She is also responsible for Global Intec’s internal recruitment, contractor and client management and continuing to lead the business on all thing’s administration. Elizabeth’s strengths are her highly organised approach, attention to detail and desire to complete all tasks to the highest standards.
Elizabeth has a sweet tooth and enjoys baking in her spare time, anything from birthday cakes to cupcakes, as long as there is lots of icing! She loves finding a good TV series to binge watch and is a regular in the office for Netflix recommendations.
ROB
Rob started his recruitment career back at Computer Personnel in 1999 and quickly moved to open his own recruitment company in 2002, wanting to be the partner of choice for Oracle Retail Recruitment globally. Rob’s vision for Global Intec has never changed, build long-term successful relationships with both client and candidates alike and approach recruitment in an ethical manner.
With the UK entity flourishing, Rob relocated to Dubai in 2012, opening Global Intec FZE and further expanding the company’s global capabilities with opportunities in the Middle East now being his main focus. Clients and candidates alike both greatly appreciate Rob’s honest and straightforward approach to recruitment whilst being able to utilise his 20 years experience within the IT recruitment industry.
Rob remains today at the forefront of daily activity within Global Intec and looks forward to continuing to expand the business successfully.
Outside of his busy work schedule, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, a highlight always being their annual trip to the west coast of Ireland. Rob always enjoys socialising, playing for a local football team weekly and taking trips with family and friends.

Global Intec’s expansion plans are unique; we are hiring graduates to become the future foundation of our business. Our management team are committed to providing the stepping stones to allow you to develop a skillset designed to progress into senior opportunities within Global Intec.
All of our training has been developed in house and is delivered by people you will work with on a day to day basis. This will include your colleagues who would have previously joined us as graduates. Training sessions are designed to be as interactive as possible with much of the work being done in pairs or teams.
For each step of your progression journey, you will receive additional training and will build on your existing learnings.
For many of our consultants, it is the best feelings when your candidate secures an opportunity with you and then becomes your client, enabling you to work with them to help them build their team at their new place of work. You will be a vital and only resource for your candidate during their recruitment experience.
