Responsible for the execution of end-to-end testing on large scale retail ERP programmes.

Accountabilities

• 10 years of retail IT ERP experience in test management
• Strong project management skills
• Retail ERP implementation experience
• In-depth knowledge of Retail Applications including but not limited to: Supply Chain, Omnichannel, Merchandising. Logistics, BI, Data, Stores, HR, Finance, CRM etc
• Advanced Technical and managerial Certifications (ITIL, OCP, PMP, Etc)

• Be the single point of contact between Business users and project team; for end-to-end testing
• Understanding testing objectives and integration requirements.
• Active involvement in requirements gathering and defects management
• Write efficient and effective test cases
• Develop the test management plan
• Develop automated test strategies, frameworks and best practices for re-usability
• Define testing metrics and ensure overall quality of deliverables and test sign off
• Define and implement testing metrics and measure
• Prepare progress and performance reports
