Accountabilities
- Provide in-depth technical knowledge and guidance. Lead technical requirement definition, database sizing, technical architecture definition, interface and integration design.
Assist with installation, application of product maintenance patches and support Oracle Retail applications within multiple client environments. - Resolve product related technical issues
- Incorporates best practices and leads definition of operational support processes.
- Expertise on best practices for the implementation and operational support of Oracle Retail applications
Experience, Skills and Competencies
- Technical product knowledge of Oracle Retail’s Solutions.
- Knowledge of the integration between Oracle Retail products. Understand the integration methods and technologies supporting the transaction flows between oracle retail products
