Managing business requirements and leading the functional design, prototyping and process design stages of Oracle Retail implementations. Definition & delivery of functional solutions that help to realise the full value of the Oracle Retail product footprint.

Accountabilities

Senior lead experience on complex, international, multi-currency and multi-organization implementations with strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

• Identify design, and implement technology and creative business solutions.
• Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design testing, training and defining support procedures

Experience, Skills and Competencies

• Must have Experience in Consumer Business - Retail, Wholesale & Distribution industry
• Experience with Oracle Retail applications include latest versions (cloud, RMFCS etc)
• At least 3+ full cycle Oracle Retail implementations.
• 10+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
