Experience of large retail ERP data migrations for large volumes & complexities of data to tight timescales. Take ownership of design, development & testing of all data transformation, extraction & migration activities.

Accountabilities

• Experience with onshore, offshore, remote teams and multiple 3rd parties
• Create and maintain project plans in Microsoft Project.
• Good communicator - written and oral.
• Ability to manage multiple projects / streams in parallel.
• Transformation from Raw Data to Curated Data which involves DQ rules and QA standards.
• Rebuild/remodel existing data
• Pipelines & Dataflows for ingesting data
• Support the project managers to keep the project on time and budget
• Timely escalation of any technical issues, roadblocks or project risks
• Ensure build is to best standard
• Ensure all business rules are applied to any data transformations
• Provide the correct level of data migration reports for business sign-off
• Ensure regular interaction with data cleansing team
• Provide complete transparency of code, status and documentation to allow quality assurance

Experience, Skills and Competencies

• Strong leadership skills
• Strong technical delivery skills with robust stakeholder management, and communication
• Proven experience of running data migration projects
• Good understanding of data modeling
• Project Management
• Ability to manage multi-disciplined teams onshore and offshore
• Experience in ERP Projects (SAP, Oracle) - desired
• The ability to Identify, communicate and resolve/mitigate risks, issues and assumptions
